Commodity Trading Consultant
Julio has developed his career in large-scale processing and trading companies of cocoa beans and by-products of cocoa; he draws on more than twelve years of experience in the cocoa industry. He has worked in three cocoa producing countries, where he has played managing and commercial roles, held sustainability projects, and developed flavor profiles for chocolate customers in Europe. Julio speaks several languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian and Mandarin. He holds a degree in International Business from the University of Herfordshire in England and an MBA from the European Business School in Spain.
